What is quitting? God never abandons. Life without challenge is a useless life.
Quit means can’t face facts. Face truth. Tests my intelligence...the most bizarre, dirty...
I sat watching and listening...what about intuition or being successful...how could he...Yogi Bhajan with all his knowledge and wisdom be in the middle of the stuff hitting the fan...and still keeping up, speaking with grace and successful.
This is changing how I think/feel about what happens around me...did I cause it...
He went on to emphasis FAITH, the juice of life, the elixir that always works out...but if it cracks, that is it...the end.
Wow...was this a yoga class or Sikh class? Isn’t faith more a religion thing?
He went on to tell a few married stories and how he does his job.
He brought in the four: faith, trust, intelligence and conscious.
He brought in the four: emotion, commotion, feeling, neurosis.
Next he went political on us...best to see yourself...how he is a master of the story and making it so you can listen.
What he didn’t do was define faith.
He then went into doing yoga and meditation before something happens so it doesn’t happen or so you can handle it.
Finally ended with a letter from someone...who read publicly and his response. At that time he was getting cists in his arm muscle from holding the telephone all day long.
There was going to be a yoga class the next morning April 2, 1986 and that same evening. We don’t have the recordings in our library at this time but it brings up seeing and doing some of the classes in sequence.
“Image of God means”...then we are of God...you can have image...without being part of...consider an image in a mirror...if your not it then its not image.
When your mind can’t manipulate you then the mind works for you and not on you...it organizes the entire universe.

FAQ and Fine Print
1) Where do we get/see/look at/purchase the audio and video lectures? (please also read #2)
There are two main sources for the lectures:
KRI- http://www.kriteachings.org/
Ancient Healing Ways- http://www.a-healing.com/.
In what format, which ones, etc. etc. is in constant change so you will need to visit their sites and call them for details.
I...or rather our local Kundalini Yoga and Sikh Dharma community purchased our years ago. The lectures were recorded and the next week available for sale. Yes, even while Yogi Bhajan was alive we were listening and watching his lectures. Your local Kundalini Yoga or Sikh Dharma community may have done the same. I noticed that both Yoga West in Los Angeles, CA and Vancouver, BC both have a video class.
2) Yogi Bhajan was also a Sikh, what about those lectures?
Yes, he was also known as Siri Singh Sahib Bhai Sahib Harbhajan Singh Khalsa Yogi ji. Kundalini Yoga and Sikh Dharma are closely connected and intertwined.
A friend suggested that I review lectures that are already on line both yoga and Sikh, I will be getting to that soon, lots going on! SikhNet is another wonderful site for Yogi Bhajan's teachings.
SikhNet: http://www.sikhnet.com/
3) I noticed that your explanation of the lecture or meditation is different then the official version?
Your commentary is welcomed, provided you listen or watch the original unedited lecture. Official versions are necessary yet that is not my intention or role.
4) What is your connection to Yogi Bhajan?
My Kundalini Yoga and Meditation practice started in 1974 and my Sikh Dharma practice started in 1978. I have been at it ever since...my personal mantra is "participate, share and contribute."
